About This Clinic
HAVA is partnering with Pasado’s Safe Haven to host a spay and neuter clinic for cats in our community. This program helps reduce unwanted litters and supports healthier outcomes for cats and kittens across our region.
This page will walk you through what to expect, what you’ll need to bring, and how to request an appointment.
Who This Clinic Is For
This clinic is intended for people in our region who need spay/neuter access for their cats.
Requirements to Participate
To help ensure a safe and smooth clinic for both cats and staff, the following requirements apply:
- Cats must weigh at least 2 pounds.
- A rabies vaccination is required for all cats.
- If your cat is already vaccinated, you must upload a current rabies certificate during registration.
- Cats without proof of a current rabies vaccination will receive the rabies vaccine at the clinic.
Costs
- $100 per cat
Includes spay or neuter surgery and rabies vaccination if needed. - $85 per cat
If you provide proof of a current rabies vaccination. This reflects a $15 discount. - Microchipping: $20 (optional)
Microchipping is optional but strongly recommended. A microchip provides permanent identification and greatly increases the chances of being reunited with your cat if they are ever lost.
What To Expect

- Drop off your cat or cats on May 4 between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm at:

South Bend, WA 98586 - After surgery on May 5, you will be contacted with pickup details and post-operative care instructions.
What to Bring
To help the clinic run smoothly and safely, please plan to bring the following on clinic day:
- A secure carrier for each cat
One cat per carrier. Carriers must be sturdy and able to close securely. - Two bath towels per cat
Please bring two clean bath-sized towels for each cat.
Towels are used for comfort, warmth, and safe handling during recovery. - Proof of rabies vaccination (if applicable)
If your cat already has a current rabies vaccination, you must bring a copy of the rabies certificate. The certificate must clearly show the cat’s name and vaccination date. - Photo ID
Please bring a valid photo ID so we can verify your registration at check-in.
